Clancy Cottage

Converted from an old farm building, Clancy Cottage is a detached single storey cottage on the end of a range of former byres and stables. Clancy has a 'Family' bedroom with double bed and, in a partitioned area, bunks giving accommodation for 2 to 4 people (a cot is also available).

There is an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with Freeserve digital colour TV, DVD player and well equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge and microwave. Modern gas central heating and double glazing keep the cottage cosy.

The facilities are completed by a bathroom/WC with shower over the bath. Like the other cottages Clancy features exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings open to the apex. There are lovely views of Wasdale from both living room and bedroom windows.

Need more space? - an additional annexe bedroom is now available for family or friends visiting you for a few nights.

Outside there is ample off road parking and access to Hallflat Farm's eight acres of pasture, woodlands and gardens, complete with riverside walk.

Hallflat Farm welcomes well behaved dogs, and there are extensive areas for exercising them, including areas where accompanied dogs can run free. We charge £5 a stay for each dog. The area also has a wealth of walks suitable for dogs and most of the pubs in the area are dog friendly, including our local, the Bridge Inn
